(2.2) Alternatively, MP can also have a system where voters go to MP office with notarized affidavit, submit a specified fees along with the affidavit and an optional short code. The Voter will get a receipt, having Voter ID number of the citizens and affidavit number.

(2.3). Assistants of MP will go through the link or submitted material for any abuses or any objectionable material. In case there is anything objectionable, the content will be withheld from public view giving reason along with affidavit number etc., otherwise the full content will be shown. In case, MP has system as mentioned in (2.2), the submitted affidavit will checked for any abuses and if there are no abuses, the affidavit will be scanned onto MP website along with Voter ID number of the citizen. Hard copy of the hidden content will be kept for record at the MP office.

3. Opinion given by SMS or at MP office on issues already registered at MP site -

(3.1) Voters of that area can can submit their opinions to MP website server via SMS having links/Sha1 file hash of registered affidavit or specified codes for the registered affidavit via one of the support, oppose, cancel, spam or unspam codes. In case the number of spams reach a certain level, MP can decide to hide content of a certain document. While if number of unspams reach a certain level, MP can decide to show content of a hidden document on his website. Decision of MP will be final.

(3.2) Alternatively, MP can make a system where voters can visit MP office, submit a specified fees, show their Voter ID number and give their opinions on a registerd link/hash

4. Display of Opinions given by Voters of that area at MP site -

(4.0) MP site can have 2 sections - (A) `Registered` for those voters who are registered with their Voter ID numbers at MP site and (B) `Unregistered` for those voters or citizens who are not registered.

(4.1) Page having data from Registered voters will have table with columns for Serial No., Affidavit no., link / hash, Registered Support Count, Registered Oppose Count, Registered Spam Count and Registered Unspam Count. The counts should be a hyperlink, on clicking of which, will lead to a page having table with columns for Name, Voter ID number, URL/hash and Date-Time. The spammed link/hash code can be hidden partially if the admin decides so as described in section 3.1

(4.2) Page having data from Unregistered Voters/Citizens will have table with columns for Serial No., Affidavit no., link / hash, Unregistered Support Count, Unregistered Oppose Count, Unregistered Spam Count and Unregistered Unspam Count. The counts should be a hyperlink, on clicking of which, will lead to a page having table with Sender (last 5 digits of mobile number which sent the link/hash), Date-time and URL/hash. The spammed link/hash code can be hidden partially if the admin decides so as described in section 3.1
